Michael – President/CEO
Michael is a New Castle native and graduate of New Castle Chrysler High. He graduated from Indiana Vocation Technical College with an Associate in Applied Sciences – Electronics Technology/Digital Computers. After work experience in the IT/Computer field, Michael decided to open Solutions Unlimited in 1994. Michael is active in his church, is a member of his worship team and volunteers where needed. Michael is now a Florida resident and lives in the Lakeland area.
Michael is RCDD certified which designates that he has demonstrated his knowledge in design, implementation and integration of IT systems and related infrastructure. Michael also is A+ and Network+ certified. He has attended numerous training seminars, including HP Procurve switch training, and is currently working towards more certifications. Michael is our “guru” of all things computer, network and technology. In addition to servicing customers at both locations, Michael is available to the technical staff for support. This knowledge and support allows Michael and Solutions Unlimited to provide the best possible technical service.
Donna Dinkins – Vice President/Account Executive
Donna was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She moved to Cincinnati in 1992 and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati. March of 2013; Donna migrated to Lakeland, Florida to join the Solutions Unlimited team as Account Executive for their full service IT technology and communications firm.
Donna devotes her time to Solutions Unlimited MSP by building relationships with her clients and prospects. She enjoys networking with other professionals through the Gold Star – Best of Indy, Rainmakers, Toastmasters, and serves on the boards for the Women In Business.
Donna’s diversity enhances Solutions Unlimited MSP because she can wear multiple hats within the company and transitions between positions easily. Besides her role as Account Executive, Donna serves as Vice President. Her duties include human resources and operations of the company.
Donna is also an AFAA certified Fitness Instructor and a Health/Wellness Coach. She enjoys being physically fit and eating healthy. Teaching the benefits of daily exercise is important to her. Donna takes pleasure in running, Mountain Biking and cycling.
Steven Hay – Technical Services
Steven was born and raised in New Castle, and is a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School. He is studying Network Security at Ivy Tech. He loves playing guitar and collecting guitar memorabilia. Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, especially afternoon rides in their 1957 VW Bug. He spends quiet time alone with the Travel Channel and a fine handmade cigar.
Steven has 18 years’ experience setting up and repairing large and small office machines. He also has experience as a network administrator, project coordinator, and oversaw a multi-location distribution team.
Steven and his family have committed to stay in New Castle and become part of the change for good. He is committed to his community and surrounding areas, and looks forward to serving all your computer needs.
